Digital Visibility Score

Do buyers — and AI — find you at all?

An independent audit that scores how discoverable your business is across search, AI answer engines and industry authority. Seven dimensions, one score out of 100, and a ranked plan to move it.

The Scorecard

Seven dimensions, scored on evidence

Every dimension is measured, not estimated. Below is a real scorecard shape — the same output every engagement produces.

Your biggest opportunity

Your website is technically healthy, but your external authority and non-branded search visibility are limiting discoverability.

Fixing the site again will not move the score. Referring domains, industry mentions, published expertise and coverage of the terms your buyers actually search are what lift authority and AI visibility — and they are earned in a deliberate sequence, not all at once.

Authority — 07

Authority is the hardest score to fake

Authority is what search engines and AI models use to decide whether to trust you enough to cite you. It is measured externally: who links to you, who mentions you, where your expertise is published and how credible your leadership presence is.

  1. 01

    Backlinks

Volume and quality of links pointing to your pages — and whether they come from sources your category respects.

  2. 02

    Referring domains

How many distinct organisations vouch for you. Ten domains linking once beats one domain linking ten times.

  3. 03

    Industry mentions

Unlinked mentions in trade press, newsletters, panels and partner sites. AI models read these even when crawlers do not follow them.

  4. 04

    LinkedIn authority

Whether the people behind the brand publish credible, consistent expertise where buyers already are.

  5. 05

    Publications

Original, citable work — analysis, frameworks, data — that others reference rather than paraphrase.

  6. 06

    Entity consistency

The same name, category and description everywhere, so engines resolve every mention to one confident entity.

Bands

What the score means

0–39 — Invisible
The market cannot find you without your name. Growth depends entirely on outbound and referral.
40–59 — Branded only
You are found by people who already know you. Non-branded and AI-driven discovery is effectively absent.
60–79 — Discoverable
You appear for real demand in your category and are beginning to be cited by answer engines.
80–100 — Authoritative
You are a referenced entity: search, AI answers and industry publications all point back to you.

Engagement

How the audit runs

Six stages, four weeks to first scorecard, re-scored at ninety days.

  1. 01

    Audit

Every route crawled and scored across the seven dimensions — technical, content, demand, schema, AI, conversion and authority.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

We separate what is broken from what is simply absent, then isolate the one constraint holding the score down.

  3. 03

    Score

A single Digital Visibility Score out of 100, with a per-dimension breakdown and the evidence behind each number.

  4. 04

    Prioritise

A ranked action list: highest visibility gain for lowest effort first, with owners and sequencing.

  5. 05

    Architect

The 90-day plan — content, entity, schema, authority and measurement work mapped to commercial outcomes.

  6. 06

    Re-score

Re-audited at 90 days so movement is measured, not asserted.

Questions

Digital Visibility Score — answered

What is the Quintworx Digital Visibility Score?

The Quintworx Digital Visibility Score is an independent 0–100 assessment of how discoverable a business is across search engines, AI answer engines and industry authority signals. It scores seven dimensions — technical foundations, content and relevance, search demand capture, structured data, AI visibility, conversion architecture and authority — and combines them into one score with a prioritised action plan.

How is the score calculated?

Each of the seven dimensions is scored out of 100 from measurable evidence: crawl and indexing data, Core Web Vitals, schema validation, keyword and demand data, answer-engine responses, referring-domain profile and conversion path analysis. The overall Digital Visibility Score is the average of the seven dimension scores, so no single tactic can inflate it.

Why can a technically healthy website still score poorly?

Technical health only removes barriers — it does not create demand or credibility. A site can pass every technical check and still score low because it has little non-branded search visibility, few referring domains and no presence in AI-generated answers. Authority and demand capture are earned externally, not configured on the website.

What do I receive?

A scorecard with the overall score and all seven dimension scores, the evidence behind each, the single biggest constraint on discoverability, a ranked 90-day action plan and a re-score at day 90 to measure movement.

Who is it for?

Publishers, media owners, property and mobility operators, AdTech and technology vendors, and B2B organisations whose pipeline depends on being found by buyers and increasingly by AI assistants rather than only by people who already know the brand.
